I am absolutely, positively OVER THE MOON about the Undated Common Planners to come 🥰🥰🥰🥰. My job, which in turn means my life, is based on an OCT-SEP fiscal year so when January comes around I need that first quarter information, sometimes even in the 4th quarter and rewriting all that information from OCT-NOV-DEC is always a detestable chore. The other option is always having to carry two planners from two different years on hand which just means extra stuff to keep up with. I began using an A5 Common Planner at the start of this year. I had the original B6 in 2023 and loved it. I was on a rotating calendar quarterly year and the SICP worked beautifully. At march of this year, I stopped using my SICP. I left my position where I was teaching. This week I am happy to announce that I just signed my contract to teach Pre-Nursing students this 2024-2025 year at a local High School. I love teaching and nursing and I can't wait to start off on the right foot and try out the Academic Year CP ♥ I cannot wait to get this planner. I have so many ideas and I will be teaching several classes all day. One of my first stops was your website to purchase a new Academic Planner and to watch this video. I will post as many of my spreads before the pen on the FB group and I thank you for making these wonderful planners, notebooks, stickers, and vellums with your wonderful art. I am excited that I will have a planner for the first time (and to look back on) for teaching in my new realm of public school Academia... I love your B5 notebook and use it for my Fountain Pen & Ink Journal. Please don't ever stop making a B5 notebook! If I could only have one request, it would be to make a B5 Academic Year CP sometime in the near future. I will be teaching 5-7 classes M-F, and I think it can be tight to have enough writing room in my A5 and the B5 size may be better for more detailed information we teachers need... I may even attempt to make a B5 AYCP with a date sticker kit for the 2025-2026 year but it wont be as nice as the printed one... I love your gilded edge option it stands out but is not a brassy gold. But having worked in schools for many years, many teachers want anything but black - they are often stuck with a black or dark green… Just a suggestion, Mist, or caramel or Quartz would probably be favored

I used my CP my last semester of high school before retirement. Loved it. Now you need stickers for days off, field trips, Professional Development, meetings, etc.

Great idea! I run a non-profit with a July-June fiscal year and this would be lovely. I just have to decide if I want to buy another of your planners right now.

If anyone is considering getting this planner for the first time I highly recommend. Her products are absolutely stunning and her attention to detail is incredible. I personally don't use the weekly pages because my current stage in life I don't need to weekly plan as my full time job consumes most of my M-F hours. That being said its a very clean layout if weekly planning is something that works for you. My dream would be for the same planner but with extra notes pages instead of weeklies but I will continue to buy her planners regardless because they are so well made.

i am so happy about this!! not even for myself, but for my partner. i've been waxing poetic about the Common Planner to her for MONTHS, but as a teacher, she prefers academic or undated planners. as soon as this went on sale, she ordered one! i am also so estastic about the undated planners, ordered two for myself (i am a bullet journaler so always prefer to have the unstructuredness of that, but i don't like drawing in my own months.) can't wait to use them, thank you so much for everything you do!!

Thank you for doing this for the community! I work in special education, so this won't work for me, unfortunately. There are certain features that I need to keep track of for paperwork, quarterly deadlines, and timelines. I need more emphasis on the weeklies and quarterly calendar and not the dailies. Plus no school on weekends. But this is awesome for students especially university. I know I had lots of homework to do on weekends.

I purchased mine I cannot wait to use this to plan my academic year! I have been using various planners for this and I am so excited. Thank you for listening our suggestions! I am going to start a new suggestion and I cant be the only one!; I saw your video with the punched tomoe river paper for those of use that use ring planners sometimes. I would be over the moon if you came out with loose-leaf paper that has all the common planner features, maybe as undated sheets/ or dated option as well ! I currently have a ring planner that I use and I use your blank sheets but I would love to have all of the features of my common planners. I love using the subkits on those sheets, and I am putting in a request for loose-leaf punched "common planner inserts" and a ring planner- I know many of us use Gillio and VDS, but a Sterling Ink Ring Planner would be amazing !!!! I know it would be a hit when you put your touch on it :)!

I can’t even say which is my favorite month but OMG, February, April and May gorgeous- love January too. While I love the colors in March, not a big fan of the architecture but - you include so much that I was able to find things that I like!

Please make a monthly, two day a page planner with regular paper that doesn’t ghost with a regular gel or ink pen. That would be perfection! ❤

After much procrastiplanning angst (ha) I have decided to choose the Sterling Ink Academic Planner for my Lesson Planner for the next teaching year. Yay! I was wondering if you would consider designing some stickers to corrdinate with the planner. Maybe some icon stickers, transparent microdots, scripts, etc. I don't usually like the typical "teacher-y" designs that companies produce (primary colors and cutsie graphics). I prefer your art which is more sophisticated and gorgeous! Anyway, just a thought for down the road. Thank you for bringing your art into the world!

In the school district’s that I worked for… the teacher’s lesson plans were due on Thursday for next weeks lessons

10:19 I SO wish the common planner was available in a horizontal! Is there any chance we might see a horizontal weekly with the days of the week on one side and then blank for notes on the other? Or an undated planner? That would be AMAZING. But definitely think this is a great idea for students!

Hopefully I didn't miss out because I think this would solve my problem of having two books (notebook & calendar). Will there be clear covers sold? I was just on the site and didn't see them as an option.

@sterlingink I was just wondering why the undated ones were removed from your lineup instead added to with the new colors and sizes.

I LOVE using these planners! I have several as they are all so beautiful. Also enjoy the notebooks without dates that I'm using for several things! What do you use to adhere/stick the vellum to the tomoe river paper pages? I love how it looks but am unsure how to do it. I'm currently using the B6 Full year. I like using the back pages for a page per day so that I have a daily page. However I'm finding that doesn't leave me with enough empty notes pages. Is it possible in the future that you may increase the bound note pages from 370 to 400? That would be enough of a buffer to allow one page per day for dailies, and still have plenty for any reference notes/contacts/projects, etc.
