This van is amazing. I really like Coachman Nova. Great floor plans in them. Nice storage. Glad they updated the amount of lithium available.

He's absolutely right about Coachmen they have really come a long way. And I really really enjoyed this abd the color of that travato that just pulled in I think they call it slate gray ? I can't wait to come down and see these for real and spend the night in one for the first time.. No other dealership does this for their customers.

I could see Coachmen being the first to have a split couch seat so when in bed mode each person could adjust for raising the head.

We own the 2022 20C Li3. Love the floorplan. BEWARE the rear couch. I'm a big guy. I have to ride on the rear couch because my wife and daughter sit in the front. The rear couch THROWS ME AROUND LIKE A BEANBAG. I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO LOSE A KIDNEY! UP AND DOWN AND ALL AROUND. So please, if you have more than two passengers, do not let them ride on the rear couch. And the sumo springs package makes no difference in the rear.

What about power of the engine in this coach? Is it basically a beach buggy? I have the Promaster 3.6 6 cylinder pentastar engine in the Thor product and it almost died climbing the Allegheny "hills" of PA!

It's a v6 but I think the next gen transmission is 9-speed. Other than that, I have no idea.

I heard the Nova actually has more square footage than the Beyond because the Ram is a bit wider than the Transit. Is that the case? Coachmens do have great looking cabinets, the best I have seen so far. Thanks for doing these videos

That's correct! The Beyond is a touch more narrow and gives additional room for the driver and passenger which eats into the square footage of the coach a little.

Do the cabinets have a latch so they don't open while driving? Also is there a vent in bath?

The hinges are strong enough to keep the cabinets from flying open without a lock

Having a tough time choosing between 2024 Coachmen Nova D and 2024 Road trek Zion. Coachmen wins on the inside (except bathroom) and RT wins on the outside

I would like to see some reviews on the the rear seats in these vans and an analysis on the comfort levels. I read a post that most of the rear seats are not comfortable when on the road (driving) and someone commented by calling them kidney busters. Just something to think about…

Hi Michael, that is a valid concern, but we have not had customers complain about the rear seating on the Nova with the upgraded Sumo suspension system that is installed. The Ram tends to have the best ride in the rear of the chassis options.

The 2 seats infront of the sofa, why is there a cabinet ontop of one of the seats? Looks like a person would not be able to sit on it. Or am i seeing it from the wrong angle? Can cabinet near seat be taken out?

You're right that a person would not be able to sit there. It's meant more as a foot rest when it is a couch and for a longer bed when laid down.

Does it come with bug screens? Didn't see much storage for outdoor items like Blackstone, paddle board , chairs, etc. ?

It does! And there is space behind and under the couch, plus it is very common to get a box for the back door to get some additional storage

I didn’t know about the add ons that can be installed in the rear. Can that be done on any model? The spare tire with rack is great to have and the metal box is definitely something that I’d want to have for added storage. Does it lock? I wonder why coachmen didn’t add a fan for ventilation in the wet bath. It really does need it but I’m liking the 20RB floor plan better.

Yes, the add ons can be added to any model. There are rear boxes that lock, it just depends on the model for the rear box. The 20RB floor plan has a vent for the wet bath if that is an important feature for you

@@sunshinestatervs Yes, I saw. I just like the rear bath model better. The wet bath is more spacious and with the wet bath in the rear, it makes the living/sleeping area spacious as well. I would want the box but it would have be able to lock.

The interior height clearance in the Nova is 6'3, Nick is 6' for reference and he is very comfortable in these RVs! It's bigger than you would expect. If you want some additional information, give us a ring at 352-337-0776 and Austin would love to help you out!

If you went up to a Ford like the Beyond, you would have 6'3.5" of height so it would help a little.

On the newest 2024 models with two lagun table brackets, yes there are two lagun tables

An inch or two probably wouldn't make a difference. Van bathrooms are generally going to be cramped. I'm 5'3" and often sit when I shower.

I don’t believe you when you say 13 hours with the air-conditioning running. You failed the show the remote with the AC on in several different videos so I think you’re hiding that from us. Will the engine come on automatically if the batteries dropped below 20%?

With the 1260 amp lithium package, it is definitely possible to get 13 hours out of the AC. There is not an automatic engine start in place for the lithium Novas, though.

I planned on buying a Nova D but no more, Coachmen put the sewer outlets to low and noticeable, one curb hit and destroyed, not to mentioned the water fill ports on the side, ugly in my opinion. The rest of the van though is well done! Too bad they cut corners on the outside.

Usually if you’re gonna hit a curb, it’s on the passenger side not the driver side. And all the outlets are on the driver side.
