In this video, we will be having a first walkaround showing you the Interior and Exterior Features of the all-new 2024 Mercedes Benz E-Class.
The new E-Class: A Bridge between Tradition and Digitalisation
Stuttgart. For over 75 years, the E-Class has set the standard for mid-range luxury saloons. In 2023, Mercedes-Benz will open a new chapter for the business saloon: the new E-Class points the way in the transition from the combustion engine to the electric drive. At the same time, its new electronics architecture allows a comprehensive digital user experience. The first saloon models of the 214 series will arrive at the
European sales partners in autumn 2023.
The new E-Class (length/width/height: 4949/1880/1468 millimetres) has the proportions of a classic three-box saloon: the short front overhang and long bonnet are followed by a greenhouse which is set well back. The passenger area is generously dimensioned, partly owing to the two-centimetre longer wheelbase (2961 millimetres) compared to the preceding series. The luggage capacity is up to 540 litres.

It’s equipped with a 381 HP (280kW) 3.0l 6 Cylinder in-line engine which produces 400 Nm of torque 9G TRONIC automatic transmission
2024 New E450 E-Class W214 0-100 km/h (62mph) can be reached in 4.5 seconds!
The top speed VMAX is electronically limited to 236 km/h (147 mph)

Hopefully build quality is better than their current crop of cars. They need to figure out how to make solid interiors again with panels that don't flex and creak and rattle.

With 4 wheel steering the rear wheels on the E-class turn up to 4.5 degrees, not 2.5 degrees. 4:24

This is definitely the best E class ever. But for the advances in technology, you pay in decline of engines. $80,000 for a 4 cylinder ? $90,000 for a 6 cylinder??? I hope the next S-class has a Hyperscreen so the REAL MONEY can have their v8.

@@daroob Well I guess you won’t be looking at a number of 2023-24 Mercedes certified models. There is nothing bullshit - it is a design element that clearly people like. It would have been just as easy and not appreciably more expensive to punch holes in those elements and run the existing exhaust pipes through them. They didn’t - people like the look and don’t give a f*** about fake exhausts. My special-order E450 arrives in Long Beach next week (7 weeks after manufacture) It’ll be processed, stickers added, and then shipped up to my dealership. Ordered precisely the way I want it - no super screen, but rather a dash and console of open-pore maple/aluminum.

@@pacmanc8103 congratulations! It sounds like a beautiful car (except for the exhaust tips lol). It’s funny. You talk like they never had real parts before. Clearly people like it? If you say so. I just don’t love it. It’s bling. Like ‘ambient’ lighting that’s in your face like a party bus. Or that super screen. Or engine sounds through the sound system. Call me old-fashioned.
