would be great if Cadillac brought the Fleetwood Brougham back. I still miss the Big Fleetwood from the 70's, those were luxury cars. The styling looks almost like my XTS. Did anyone catch the guy giving the descriptions about the interior about the Bench Seat and how it can hold six passengers. If they would only build an automobile like this, I would be among the first sign up! Looked at a new CT5 and found not only did it not inspire us, but we couldn't even get heated seats for the rear passengers. We own a Ram 1500 pickup that has not only heated seats in the back but also ventilated! Cadillac needs to lead with luxury again.

Beautiful body definitely in the same class as an AudiA8, Mercedes best in class luxury sedan. I would have envisioned a suicide rear door layout, an electrified power train similar to the E-Ray for a HP BOOST. Those few items would have taken this beautiful piece of steel to the NEXT level.

I'm tired of "luxury sport sedans". I want the OLD Cadillac back. It's huge, it's NOT sporty, it's COMFORTABLE. REAL LUXURY. Fill it with your family and a ton of luggage, drive across the country, you're all COMFORTABLE other than needing to get out and pee every now and then. BRING BACK LAND YACHTING!!! My '78 Fleetwood Brougham was the most comfortable, and best cruiser, I ever owned. My Cadillac CTS was a BAD JOKE that kept breaking.

Very pretty copy of whatever generic auto it is a copy of. Car is large, but I bet hard to get into. I think Cadillac should go in another direction (my opinion). Look to a WWII style high roof Gelandewagon type vehicle that could be used for military or police use very quickly. Get the windshield more vertical. Make the seats higher. Move the rear seats so, like the old Caddys the front of the back seat is behind the rear door so tons of legroom like the 1940s. On a smaller level, I once read that the original tiny Scion Xb had as much interior room as a BMW Seven series. Just following the current trends is not going to bring back Cadillac. A militarized Escalade.

Well, this sure doesn’t look like the last “Fleetwood Brougham” or shortened to simply “Brougham” by the late ‘80s or the dynamic “Brougham D’Elegance” that ended production in 1992. Time will tell if this actually comes to fruition. Cadillac is not yet mentioning it on their website. 🤔

Mistake If it comes with a V6 it won’t sell , it needs a V8 , maybe a milder version of the Blackwing V8 . This surely is just some random person's idea of what might be? Why do I say this you ask? Today's GM hasn't the creative thinking or guts to bring back such a thing, such hallowed names as Fleetwood, or Brougham? Bentley proudly use Mulliner, one of their greatest coachbuilders ever. GM management don't even grasp the importance of Fleetwood, Brougham utterly LOST. No sadly we've waited, come on everyone, how bloody long have we waited? I'll tell you, when Bob Lutz was hired by old GM I was thrilled, his first really big Cadillac...the SIXTEEN. Yes you see they can do it. No they can't it was never made. Later in 2011 the outstanding Ciel was shown to us, wow, a concept car on a fully functional chassis, so easy to build. No that wasn't going to be built either. Funny thing though here, with the Ciel, having been with Cadillac from being a teenager and knowing all the great Cadillac/GM design people that gave us so many stunning Cadillacs I discovered this... Ciel exterior design done by a young English man? Ciel interior design done by a young French man? No problem with either - but where are the Americans in all of this? I'll tell you - LOST. Then suddenly in 2013 the beyond belief Elmiraj. Has anyone ever seen such a glorious luxury coupe. Again on a working platform so not that hard to build. Doesn't matter, GM will give you a million idiotic explanations as to why the won't build it, not can't, they won't. More dollars and now. More units, hell not cars now, units. Those of us that have loved and lived with Cadillac for an entire lifetime know the Elmiraj should really have been the Eldorado? No because we must call Cadillac by a few letters, no names, too difficult they say for today's customers. Cadillac management can't help, a new set every other year? LOST. I'll be dead soon. I don't believe the weak, gutless management of GM can bring Cadillac back to being the Standard... the Standard of the World. I'll never stop feeling bad about that. Paul
