Yes it looks identical, yes its the same exact name, the changes they made seem nice and should benefit the rider but is it enough to make you want to jump from the p[previous model to this one, also really weird they have old Princeton peak 4550 with white industry hubs, they are the starting price point spec for those wheels, I would figure this price point would come with top of the the line evos, and a dt 180 hub

I don't get why people need drastic changes from one gen to the next, change for changes sake does not make sense. Look at an iPhone from today vs 5 or 10 years ago and the changes are very significant.

You’d be lucky for 30k, the car alone is probably that, and then you still have to add in the price for the certification needed to actually own a car. Tax aside, just owning A car would come to at least 70k here. A 16k bike is a drop in the bucket here lol

I'm not really impressed with the new dogma. Pinarello changed the carbon lay up, but weight reduction is minimum. Most of the weight saving is in the handlebar. Plus I don't like that the handlebar is now proprietary

prototype in Italy Pinarello factory mass production Still made in China and Taiwan there is no such thing as an "authentic" frame anymore rather pay for an OEM frame than buy from a distributor that you are paying 3x or even 4x times higher and still produces from the same factory! loooool!

I use a size 52cm, but with and today's standard, I use an XS frame, with a 40cm seat post and salle height is 190cm from the ground.....and 180mm crankarms. Oh! And stem is 190mm long too......with 30cm handlebar. Sick ultra fast position though.

The front end is just weird, considering that bayonet forks exist to make things narrower without a non-round steerer. And very odd to increase the fork rake, in 2024, when we want deeper aero wheels.

I also hear Ferraris are a nightmare to own and things break often. The Dogma may be made in China, but it’s a dream to ride, feel, look at, and own.

Releases 2025 Dogma F: mentions they’ll continue the previous Gen Dogma F in rim brakes Back when they released previous Gen Dogma F: doesn’t mention there’s a rim brake version. At least they were quiet about it. I thought F12 was the last rim brake Dogma Pinarello made.

Have you owned one? I have owned the F10 and now the F. I would not swap it for 10 "good" bikes, whatever that means. This is a special bike. You can laugh all you want. I'm laughing when I ride it because I'm so happy.

They do, but the entire cycling industry is ripping people off, from socks to shoes to bibs and jerseys to frames. There is absolutely no legitimate reason to charge $400 for a pair of spandex bibs like Assos do. I don't care how much R&D goes into wicking sweat off my balls. It's absurd. They can do that because the target customer is the middle-aged well-off male with cash to burn. So they milk him every step of the way. I am the quintessential sucker, but I do refuse to pay the exorbitant prices for clothing and shop sales only or buy at a discount. But bikes are harder to get on sale so I have paid the MSRP for my bikes. It's worth it for me, but I do admit it's bullshit. For now, the cost-benefit ratio works for me. For now.

Is paying $$ for a diamond or a painting sensible? It’s all relative and dependent on the person. Also, nonsense about building a cheaper custom bike. If you factor in top shelf components, it will be more expensive, not cheaper. Bespoke carbon fiber frame? WTF are you talking about?

In the group rides I've been taking part in, there are a couple of guys with high end bikes that have noisy AF hubs. I hate it. It's annoying. The noise adds no performance benefit. If that noise is your thing stay out of group rides because you are distracting.

Imagine paying 15k for this gravel bike lol. I bet it rides like a noodle. I just bought a 2012 Trek Madone rim brake for $600 last month. Its 15lbs and thats with aluminum wheels. Ride is stiff and flys up the climbs.
