I love your videos! My Drybar Single Shot lasted less than a year before all the bristles started either falling out or bending, even though I only use it 2-3 times a week. I previously had and sold the Dyson Air Wrap because it didn’t work well on my very curly hair - I could straighten it with the paddle attachment but it felt like straw and I hated their round brush attachment because of the bristles (I am so with you on wishing they’d come out with a new round brush attachment!). I watched a bunch of your videos before deciding to give the new Revlon Plus a try - WOW - it dried my hair so much faster than the Single Shot and it was able to get my roots straight, which I struggled with using the Drybar, plus my hair feels soft and shiny. I’m glad to see you reviewed the Reserve because that was on my list of possibilities and now I’m glad I didn’t spend all that $ . It’s the Revlon for the win for me. PS I hope you get the Sephora Squad spot - you deserve it!

To be honest I love my Dyson Air Wrap so much I would never buy another heating tool again. Dyson has a lot of respect in the industry so they are justified for their high prices but I would never pay this high price for the Dry Bar name. I do believe I wasted my money on the Dyson blow dryer as I don’t use the blow dryer now that I love the Dyson Air Wrap more. Definitely buy a Revlon or Hot Tools brush over this Dry Bar in my opinion.

I have the dyson airwrap and just tried this dry bar 3-in-1. I’m sticking to my airwrap. The curling barrels don’t work for me, so I thought this new dry bar device with attachments would be the answer to my problems. The only thing I loved about it was the large round brush. That is the one thing missing from the dyson airwrap. I could tell the dry bar was significantly less powerful than the airwrap right away. I think if I had dry bar first, that wouldn’t have bothered me as much. Dry bar definitely took longer to overall dry vs. the dyson. It’s not terrible if you don’t want to spend on the dyson, but I just noticed a significant quality difference between the two. Appreciate this review by Julissa! It encouraged me to try and and I’m glad I did! ❤

Hy Julissa. I do like the final result but I think you can get better results and better sleek hair using other tools. One example is the Revlon Round brush. It gives you better sleek hair and is much more affordable. I am disappointed with this one. Also i hope you can make it to the Sephora squat. I am going to write a testimonial. My Dry Bar Reserve won't turn on after I attach the parts I want to use & plus it in. How did you get it to turn on. I'm trying to take the attachment off the hair dryer and now it won't come off. I hate this thing.

Maybe it would be really good for someone with beach wavy hair that is medium density and on the finer side? This is my hair type so maybe it would work good for me? I’m looking for a new dryer and most reviews for my hair type, with these types of dryers, are concerned with how hot it gets and there aren’t too many with multiple heat settings. I wish it wasn’t so expensive lol 😂 😭

I bought this to give my dyson a break , big mistake not worth the money ! I’ll stick to my dyson set … felt it left my hair more frizzy and not as smooth as the dyson . It’s like buying a product from drybar the single shot or the T3 set one ! FYI I hope you make it to the Sephora squad you deserve it !! I’ll leave a comment .

These price hikes in everything are just disheartening! Before covid , stuff like this was half the price it is now . The prices just keep steadily rising . I just bought a Babyliss long barrel curling iron the other night for $79 ish ! Just 2-3 years ago , same one was around $39-$49 . I’ve been seeing the same iron in stores for a good 10 years and the price stayed about the same til now . Ridiculous. The same company makes a lot of these tools too . Some are definitely better than others. Just lousy that prices have gotten so lame !

For $350 I rather pay $50 more to buy the Dyson supersonic hair dryer. Dry bar is a drugstore quality brand selling at a premium price. No thank you.

This is nice but way ,way too much money for what it is. In no world is this worth $350. If I saw someone use this like a friend or a hairstylist I would never think this was worth hundreds of dollars. I have a feeling this is easily dupable, and if not by the summer we'll see a lot of selections for under 100 dollars.

I just bought this . What a waste of money, does not worth at all. It’s not even working on my fine hair . I’ll return it . I don’t have a lot of hair, it’s just frizzy, I couldn’t make it smooth with this .
