Why don't you ever give us a view of the master shower? We always get to see the water closet but never the shower. Some of those master showers are absolutely gorgeous and have so many variations that make them really interesting to look at. Just curious but really love all of your content!!!

ummm...if you have seen one shower!!!!....A) A realtor covers the primary selling points of a home....a shower is never a selling point for a home (if you want a particular type shower head ya simply replace after closing)....B) The running time is already 14m just covering the basics.....if she starts covering shwrs she added precious time for a non-starter......a shower is unique to you not the avg home buyer.

MakeupLush, there is not much that goes on behind the scenes. I keep it simple - I arrive at the home, turn on the lights, shoot the video, secure the property and leave. If it is a model home, the lights are usually on as there is a builder's agent on site. Most of the work is actually in the editing.

THAT HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL...THE AGRICULTURE ON THE CEILINGS WERE AMAZING. I JUST DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THE CABINET IN THE BATHROOM STANDING ALONE. IS THAT JUST EXTRA STORAGE OR CHANGING ROOMS.

Ms Dekatur, that is an island with cabinet storage in the walk-in closet. The walk-in closet needs to be finished with either shelves or organizers.

First I like to say. I'm loving the new house touring background music/beat. The old one was getting annoying. Second the Master Bedroom door. That takes you out onto the patio. I don't like it. I can see guest getting confused. Mistaking that door that will take. You back to the living room and kitchen area. So when guest are over. You will have to keep the bedroom patio door locked. To prevent unwanted/loss guest accidentally entering your bedroom. I would probably have the door removed and bricked up. If I purchased the house. However all in all. It's a very nice looking house.

Reynaldo, having access to the covered deck from the owner's suite is actually one of the selling features of this home. I can see the homeowner enjoying a cup of tea or coffee on the deck in the morning or unwinding in the evening. Most guests should not be confused as to which door takes them to deck but as you mentioned, you could lock the door to the owner's bedroom or entertain your guests on the lower deck.

@@AtlantaHomesforSale yes I thought about the lower patio. However, to me it wouldn't be ideal. That patio is connected to the basement. Meaning guest would have to climb the stairs back to the kitchen. Then again there can be a kitchen in the basement. So If there is then yeah the lower patio can work.
