Good afternoon, Ms. Janice and viewers🌍A beautiful and stately home, no cons that I can see. The flex room could be an office, a playroom or a prep kitchen with perhaps a stacked washer/dryer. The owner’s suite is a dream😍Perfectly big with the oversized closet to match. I love the basement has unfinished space which means lots of extra storage. Hats off to the builder, they did a great job.

WenD, I like the idea to use the flex room as an office and you are correct, the owner's suite is indeed a dream. The only thing I would add is a breakfast bar and then it would be complete.

Perfect home. I had a problem with the owner's suite being upstairs but once I saw it, yasssss! I love it. I can put a mini kitchenette in that space right before the bathroom. Its just soooooo spacious, its definitely worth climbing those stairs everyday even if it would hurt. Lmao.

Hi Miss Janice. Love the funny text in lay, makes the video more intrapersonal, and shows your funny side (hahahaha). All in all, this house has impressive features and a spectacular layout. As for it being multigenrational-is it wrong to say I want my own space? A little exhausted of roomates.

I like my own space too but with that oversized owner's suite you will be in your own world and don't even remember that there are other family members living in the house. You could go days without seeing each other and they may have to occasionally do a welfare check-in on you.

Elaine, while a home shows better staged, to stage or not to stage is really up to the seller of the home. To stage a home is an additional expense and not all sellers want to incur that expense.

The Owners Suite 😱😱😱😱… Massive !!. Turn the 4 car garage into a two and build another guest room. Oh my if move in my sister and be husband. Tell ‘em to sell it rent their home 😅.. imma need company in this but I love love love this home. Love the kitchen 💕💕 black and white theme. It looks so good !! I love this home. I’d roll all day in that master room and change the color of the bathroom
