I'm honestly thinking about re learning blender (it's been a looking time) and moving away from 3DS MAX, it's come a long way in recent years, I just don't know if I can put up with my slow work flow whilst learning, but I keep seeing more and more cool features and addons, what are some of the best render engines go go look at for blender? And fluid / smoke sim plugins?

1:00 please for these sorts of OSM demonstrations don't use new york again, every video like this only shows that part of new york, which is flat (practically no topography) and it's one of the most developed and surveyed areas digitally in OSM. I live in Lisbon, an european capital, and if I use this tool or any tool that requests data from OSM, the result is crap, almost unusable, same for most cities I tried. These addons always give me false hopes. Sorry for the rant, just had to say it.
