We had dairies to write in however our section leader said they are for the women 😂 when it came to OC inspection those diaries were filled to the max with pure feelings 😮

Tbh 17 year old stretch and 31 year old stretch ain't so different, I'd probably hit the 3rd out of 5 stars if that's how they do it on the ipad just like I do now when I do my car tax online 😂

They're allowed to give feedback because guess what; they're all volunteers. You sound like a right old sweat, how long were you in?

When did volunteers get paid 🤔 a training cadre is a training cadre you can always leave. Weak training creates a weak fighting force Also, 9 years 2009 onwards.

@@stretch5665 As a former phase one instructor I challenge that if you can't take feedback you shouldn't be an instructor. I respect your service but not your criticism which I suggest is a result of a misunderstanding of what such feedback entails. Having discussed this with a friend who was my trainer, he also agrees.

that's fair enough buddy, the only way i think feedback is any good is if things are learnt from the cadre, taking a softer approach throughout training i don't believe is the answer but I appreciate your feedback. the media we were presented with doesn't go too in depth with what it actually does, I'm here to entertain and get a few laughs I hope. thank you for taking the time to watch this video :)

Ive been watching combat footage of fighting in the Ukraine, it is savage, if the British army are training thier troops like this to potentially fight in wars like that we are fucked.

It is absolutely savage, any war is savage. I have every faith in the troops on the basis they know that it could well be a possibility but the cuddled approach, in my opinion, isn't going to be as effective when the generation before were at war sometimes months or weeks after training
