Hey Bobby, the butter section reminded me of a new trend apparently. The butter companies, Land O Lakes, Challenger etc are now adding “natural flavor “ to unsalted butters. WTH!! Seriously we need natural flavor in butter? Thoughts? I discovered this this past week when looking for butter for a work potluck recipe. My co-workers don’t appreciate the value of reading ingredients and limiting harmful stuff. So I don’t buy grass fed butter but get conventional w/o the additions.

Bobby. I am doing Keto and have lost 30 lbs so far and have recently tried and fallen in love with the Bai Antioxidant coconut Water drinks. I know they do have natural flavor on the ingredient list which isn’t Bobby approved but mostly coconut water and stevia leaf and erythritol. 10 calories and it makes me drink water by drinking these because I don’t like plain water or coconut water or sparkling waters at all. I would like to know if these are okay to drink or bad for keto if anyone can chime in. Also I do eat the Love Fat Bars every now and then and need to know if those are okay? Just don’t want to raise glucose levels on either of these and wondering since I actually love these.

Hey Bobby, you and your family and team have made a tremendous impact on our overall health. We always tell at least one person every time we shop about your app. We need to understand more about saturated fats and cholesterol. I have a high calcium score of 850. I have made plenty of Dessi's biscottis only to find out that the coconut oil is not good for my heart situation. I have been on a low carb diet only to find out that it is not good for me either. I have been more whole foods plant based lately, but I am feeling like I do need some meats and chicken. Making the right eating choices can be very confusing.
