Poor u with the shingles! I haven't had them but my Mom has and even though they say u can only get the shingles once she has had them 3 times and we figured out (for her at least) stress triggers hers. That's wonderfully sweet of ur hubby!

Awe sorry to hear that for your mom! Yeah I think mine was stress too so I really hope and pray it don’t come back for me too! It’s sad too because once you get shingles you are more prone to have a stoke or heart problems and I have a heart condition already so yeah it’s a scary thing but I just have to trust my heavenly father to protect me! Thank you honey. God bless
