You just need quick long strides. I used to march for marching band and his walk is kinda similar, just a bit longer in stride and in order to compensate for the length, you gotta move a bit quicker than you probably normally would. Add in a bit of force and you got his walk(hope this helps, im just a nerd looking for opportunities to nerd out)
