Bringing awareness to mental health is so, so important. My daughter is 16 and struggles with a severe mental health disorder. The fact that so much of our society wants us to sweep it under the rug and not bring it to light disgusts me. I support you talking about the issue. You may really help someone with your platform. Blueberry Sugar Pancakes and Blueberry Bundt Cake are very similar, but Blueberry Bundt Cake has that cakey note. Blueberry Sugar Pancakes reminds me of Blueberry Muffin Batter, while Blueberry Bundt cake reminds me of an actual blueberry cake. I also struggle with thyroid issues (Hashimoto’s & general thyroid damage) and I think a video about the psychological warfare of having an autoimmune disease or a thyroid disease would be really great. The thyroid affects so much more than people realize. Because of this, once you’re diagnosed with a thyroid condition doctors will blame every single thing you ever worry about on your thyroid without even ruling out other possibilities. I’m glad everything is sorted out now Ksenja.

Hey, sweet Ksenja! I just wanted to jump in and let you know that ur not alone in ur physical/mental journey. I came into 2024 so excited for the new year and ready to live my best life. Well, not even 2 weeks into it, I got bronchitis, and I was sick for a month and a half. I had not even been over that before I began my struggle with Shingles. That lasted exactly 2 months, and I got one day feeling somewhat better before I had a kidney stone attack and have passed 5 kidney stones so far. Phew! 😮 Just talking about it makes me 😫. As you can imagine, I went from being so happy to being scared of my own shadow. Even on my good days, I am constantly wondering what is coming next. 🙃 I can just hope and pray that the rest of the year evens out and I can feel better. But, I just wanted to let you know that lots of us out here can relate, and if you feel like you want to share or if u decide not to, we will all be here to listen and send love and prayers either way. 😊

My daughter has hashimotos. She had breast implants and kept getting sick. Many different symptoms that were so scary. Was diagnosed with hashimotos. Then she started losing her hair. She took her implants out and started feeling better. That was over a year ago. She ended up completely bold. They say sometimes autoimmune disorders come acompanied by others. Right now she is doing great. Still bold but she is beautiful! Really! Doesn't even wear wigs bc its so hot! You are not alone. She belongs to a facebook group with those issues. So many women suffer like this. You can share. It always helps other people to understand and to not feel alone! ❤

I honestly like blueberry Bundt cake it smells like strawberry pound cake but instead of the strawberry it’s blueberry. I personally think Brazilian crush 71 smells way more sweet than the blueberry Bundt cake to me 71 is sickly sweet and kinda smells like popcorn compared to blueberry Bundt cake, but I do like 62 from Brazilian crush, so no hate to that brand. Blueberry does layer great with the blueberry lotion. I know these two fragrances have nothing in common but I’m just giving an example of the sweetness level in blueberry Bundt cake incase anyone is interested in it.

I battled with drs for over 5 years to get a diagnosis of lupus and they kept blaming depression and anxiety even though I would tell them I was only depressed because I was sick..also lupus can affect the thyroid system which can cause mental symptoms but I would love to hear your story and I also think it’s important in case it can help someone going through the same issues.💛

Not a gourmand girl at all but I have a few that I do like. What I did pick up was from the current weekend $5.95 sale. I picked up was Ghoul Friend, Vanilla Romance,, Pink Paradise ( backup worthy for me), Vacation Vibe and Gingham Glow. Because I’m such a floral girl, the summer scents just started getting used a few weeks ago when actual summer started haha. My sniffer likes Ghoul Friend this year. Pink Paradise is perfect for layering with other hibiscus scents and I like that it’s not that strong.

Your subject is very important thank you for sharing . You are not alone hun. I battled depression weight gain and heavy menstrual painful cycles. When I had a test done it was found I had a malignant tumor in my thyroid. Had a full Thyroidectomy 20 years ago now I’m better feeling more great and healthier. I’m on SYNTHROID 100 taking supplements vitamin D3 Vtamin c & Iron together full post menopausal now due to an ablation. But in living hope to god this helps you and anyone here. God bless ❤

Your health journey is your own...and I understand your reluctance. Thyroid issues can be super complex and change over time. I have Graves Disease and am always flip flopping between being normal, being hyper (cue the anxiety )and being hypo (cue the depression). It's exhausting. I have had a very similar experience with health, Dr's who were not great and the fallout of losing my physical health just b4 and during the pandemic and as a result struggled with my mental health. It's taken a few yrs to walk through hell and find some light again. Still on a long, permanent journey but finding the light. Hang in there❤

Loving Gingham Glow, too. Very expensive smelling. It is in the same scent family as Michael Kors perfume, J'adore L'or & Giorgio perfume from way back when. It's sensual & warm. Long lasting & beautiful on my skin. You have to give it about 10 minutes...🌻☺to settle. Not for everyone...but I love it🌻

I love bath and body works perfume and candles and shower gels and lotions but here is a good tip for all of the ladies on here and for everyday I love to get the summer beach fresh and clean scents and then when it's fall and winter I use and get the gormont scents for the holiday warm cozy scents

Mental health issues is not a joke i have struggled with mental health issues for years everything happened right after i lost my mom when i was 15 years old a month before i hit my 16 y.o it wasn’t easy i had issues with my school grades n i also battled with a family member who is not worth talking about lets just say he’s in jail for things that went down it’s so triggering for me each and every time i talk bout it not only i lost my mom at such a young age i also battled with depression because of what had happened to me im glad i have a wonderful husband who always is here to hear me out & tells me if i ever feel like i need to talk to someone he’s here to listen and help me as much as he can i found the right one usually when us women go through such rough childhood trauma we don’t trust just every one out there with our personal life i know exactly how you feel i still have my struggles here and there but i stand and stare at my family and there the reason why im still pushing through & trying to better my self mentaly im always going to fall but i do my very best to lift my spirits up i hug and kiss my lil angels and i tell them how much i love them❤

You have built your channel on beauty, fragrance, lifestyle content. I can only speak for myself but that is why I subscribed. If the content changes, I will probably move on. 3. Consider starting a second channel for personal or topics off context to this one. 4. If you are struggling with health, and you can afford to financially, take a break from YT to take care of yourself. I’m loving the Pumpkin Swirl Cake collection. I was pleasantly surprised when the pumpkin was very soft and not overwhelming. It’s a really good pumpkin, like a pumpkin cake with a hint of spice and cream cheese frosting. I bought three bottles and two bottles of the body wash. The body wash is so yummy. I also got two of the body creams, again so yummy. The body cream is like sweet vanilla cream cheese frosting. I’m addicted to it. I also bought the new Strawberry Poundcake and the Blueberry Bundt Cake mists but just so I could add them to my collection. I don’t think Blueberry Bundt Cake is a repackage of Blueberry Pancakes, it’s not nearly as sweet. Blueberry Pancakes is way too strong. Blueberry Bundt Cake has more of an actual cake feel. I love Pink Paradise. I bought a ton of back ups to the collection. It’s a great dupe of Cheirosa 68. I think it’s actually pretty strong, especially when you use the wash and the body butter. The body butter is my favorite, it’s so sparkly. I know that’s a con for some but I love it. I bought se of the butters, they’re fantastic.

To my nose the re-release of strawberry poundcake is watered down and it doesn't last. They definitely tweaked it. It has less strawberry n more cake n cream. The juice is also lighter. I'm so sad because it's one of my favs😢

It is really important to raise awareness for mental health issues, but it’s also about you being comfortable as well. You should do what you feel is right. On a side note, I don’t think that Blueberry Bundt Cake and Blueberry Sugar Pancakes smell the same at all. I really don’t think it’s a repackage.

The BBW mists were $5.95. I bought Blueberry Bundt Cake and Gingham Glow. I love GG but only like BBC. Too early for me for pumpkin scents but I did like that too. Just $6 is too much for me for it this early. I have to wear my last years Gingham Gorgeous- it’s good- just need to pull it out. I don’t love regular Gingham. I think it’s too unisex for me. I do like the green Fresh one. Thyroid issues are SO hard!!! I have them as well. A good Dr is worth their weight in gold! Thyroid issues will cause mental health issues as well- but once you get regulated you’ll feel so much better. Wishing you well!!! 💜

2:45 My Husband has Hashimoto’s and he is one of the fairly rare males that has it, it’s not super common for men to get it. He was 36 when he was finally diagnosed with it. It’s been ten years this December. Thyroid issues are usually inherited conditions, I’d be curious how a doctor gave you Hashimoto thyroiditis? I’m not sure how that would even happen, so a proper story time would be best to explain what you meant? Hope you’re getting treatment and on a replacement therapy. Take care sweetie!

I have a condition called optic nerve hypoplasia and it affects my thyroid levels and cortisol levels. I have to take thyroid pills and stuff just know your not alone.
