Going to be a gran for the first time. Being the mother of the mum to be I'm buying the pram I absolutely love bebecar not many prams nowadays with spoked wheels so hoping my daughter buys this and not a pram that everyone else has. But nothing stopping me buying one for my house when I have the baby overnight

Should the carry cot and car seat etc be loose on the frame that rocks when pull it forward and backwards like suspensions? I also have the extra adapters to make higher ?
