When trying out Stability AI on replicate, and after uploading my image, tweaking the parameters and clicking Run, I simply get an error message on the Output side: "Error - Not found", and nothing else. I am lost and cannot figure it out why does this happen. Any ideas? Many thanks in advance! And btw. great video :)

In less then a year, we will have full featured ai movies and shows at a whim. Combining storyline, text to voice, production notes and transitions, consistent characters, ai gen music. Gonna be crazy

(for my future kids) remake The Lion King except it's a version where scar wasn't a villain, never killed mufasa, basically keep all the traumatic scenes out and expand on wholesome musical and beautiful scenes, with wise moral lessons. In fact, remake all the children movies in this light. It will actually be possible to raise kids with cartoons that are not poisoned. Incredible

Well, it'll cost you... you know how expensive that level of processing will be? It'll be pay to play, and no one will have any money, because if that is the kind of level of advancement you are expecting, then you will effectively become superfluous to the needs of the men with the money, a useless eater to those with the keys. You think they'll let you put your feet up and gorge on AI fantasies for the rest of your life? And raise kids right to do what exactly? Make more AI movies? I'm not attacking you, but the fantasy you are painting isn't accounting for those that own it all, and what they are saying about you. If AI gets that powerful, then say goodbye to your job, your purpose, your drive for betterment. I mean, you talk about morals, but where are the morals in analysing what is actually happening? It's all fun until it isn't. Sorry to rain on your excitement, but unless you get real with it, you're in for a bumpy ride. They are building a digital god, and they are working hard to essentially rid the need for you and I. They won't stoip until they get there. It's all in the wrong hands, with the wrong orientation. There is a reason that it is an existential threat.... Yeah, it's a bummer, but there you go. Honestly, I'd rather watch a film you made with your own hands, with your own story than something pumped out by a machine. Why not learn?

@@Kris_A There's a common held belief that heads of industry like Besoz, Musk, Nadela etc. are in business to acquire all the money and resources and deprive everyone of access to everything despite that their business models are built on addressing and serving huge markets. They know they depend on demand and they went into business to address that demand. If everyone loses their jobs and industry/government doesn't respond intelligently it will destroy the supply chains they need and foment a violent revolution as it always has in the past (Marie Antoinette ring any bells?). They know this. They understand game theory. If you really believe that they want to collapse civilization or cull 90 percent of the population then you need to join an agrarian commune and stock ammunition or start infiltrating the Military Industrial Complex and get your own drone soldiers. I'm not asking you to believe in the goodness of humanity, only that there's no point in winning the game of Monopoly just to flip the board over. The outcome I see is some hard times that lead to a hungry politically engaged class, especially driven individuals lose their jobs who will form a vanguard. By then we will have built the automated productive capacity to have Universal Basic Necessities guaranteed, any individuals withholding these necessities would be doing so at their own great personal risk. Sure... Politicians and professionals in finance are wretched parasitic individuals. Klaus Schwab might be the bond villain you imagine, but the people like him are not ready to take on 8 billion starving people. That's just too much surface area to deploy the jackboots. In post labor economics they will have a hard time manufacturing consent while holding back the cornucopia out of naked contempt for the rest of humanity. And realize that we will soon have nuclear fusion among countless accelerating innovations and the abundance of cheap energy and efficiency gains will bring the the practicality of this within easy grasp.

Haha this is all solved by 2 factors: real AI refuses to interface with bioinsecure humans and VDLE technology replaces money/finance for task incentivization and value exchange.

The main problem with Runway (the usual AI issue) is keeping faces consistent. Also, sometimes their video will start with one character-person, then midway through start warping the character's appearance/build into entirely another character-person (fat becomes skinny; young becomes old; etc). And this during just a 4-second video.

True, that’s my main problem with it. However I’ve had some luck with refacing the faces afterwards with other software to help normalize it

Stable Video Diffusion running on GTX 1060-(6GB Card) pinokio Install, use xt model, pick 512x512 (not 1024x576) pick 14 frames (not 25) Enjoy!

I just paid for Runway, and, I'm not impressed at all. Maybe too many years editing videos made my mind hard to believe in very low quality generated videos.

I like runwayml however the issue I have is fingers in G2 If it isnt fixed soon I wont continue paying monthly.

In my experience, Pika is the best to animate persons/characters, and SVD is better to animate backgrounds, moving objets, and camera movements. Not so good with characters. Runway is too expensive and tends to deforms more the characters/faces... Pika 1.0 looks very promising.

I'm preparing a short film, I want to know which AI is the most interesting for generating truly realistic videos, and which even a subscription is worth a little weakness for Kaiber but I hesitate: the murf does not suit me, and Leonardo ai video is too imprecise, same for the sRunwayML videos, from pika, but i don't know for stability AI.

Pika released a new pay model now since 1/7/2024. The free part is now extremely limited with a credits system and non renewable credits on free. They have a $10 and a $60 monthly with year sub discounts.

★ I believe we are meant to be like Jesus in our hearts and not in our flesh. But be careful of AI, for it is just our flesh and that is it. It knows only things of the flesh (our fleshly desires) and cannot comprehend things of the spirit such as peace of heart (which comes from obeying God's Word). Whereas we are a spirit and we have a soul but live in the body (in the flesh). When you go to bed it is your flesh that sleeps but your spirit never sleeps (otherwise you have died physically) that is why you have dreams. More so, true love that endures and last is a thing of the heart (when I say 'heart', I mean 'spirit'). But fake love, pretentious love, love with expectations, love for classic reasons, love for material reasons and love for selfish reasons that is a thing of our flesh. In the beginning God said let us make man in our own image, according to our likeness. Take note, God is Spirit and God is Love. As Love He is the source of it. We also know that God is Omnipotent, for He creates out of nothing and He has no beginning and has no end. That means, our love is but a shadow of God's Love. True love looks around to see who is in need of your help, your smile, your possessions, your money, your strength, your quality time. Love forgives and forgets. Love wants for others what it wants for itself. Take note, true love works in conjunction with other spiritual forces such as patience and faith (in the finished work of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, rather than in what man has done such as science, technology and organizations which won't last forever). To avoid sin and error which leads to the death of our body and also our spirit in hell fire, we should let the Word of God be the standard of our lives not AI. If not, God will let us face AI on our own and it will cast the truth down to the ground, it will be the cause of so much destruction like never seen before, it will deceive many and take many captive in order to enslave them into worshipping it and abiding in lawlessness. We can only destroy ourselves but with God all things are possible. God knows us better because He is our Creater and He knows our beginning and our end. Our prove text is taken from the book of John 5:31-44, 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12, Daniel 7-9, Revelation 13-15, Matthew 24-25 and Luke 21. Let us watch and pray... @@lapulga246 I've been animating for over 30 years, so I'm a pretty good judge.The requirements of usable animation go far beyond making the images. Making something specific requires control. Animation is purposeful. Every moment considered. This is the opposite. Someone is putting in minimal description and getting an impression of that idea. That is very non specific. It's handing over the most important (and most enjpyable) part to the computer to do. For an A.I.to really make what you want, and not what it wants would require very specific instructions, and when it gets it wrong, you then have to start adding and tweaking, and rendering and watching and tweaking and on and on. Where as, I know the full idea and the context and the sub plots, the things to hint at early on... I know the characters, and make the story. So, I make the specific solution from the outset. Those decisions the basis for all choices. (My context window is nearly 50 years long) A.I. will not give that. Certainly not yet. If you talk to an A.I. for any length of time, you soon see it isn't thinking at all. It's doing an impression of thinking. It doesn't comprehend reality at all. Mimicry. So A.I. will always need animators and artists to leech off. So, no, I don't think they'll take over. They'll just swamp the internet with mimicry and make finding good considered work much harder to find. In the hands of artists, good things may emerge though, here and there. It may also make simulations much faster, which opens up nwe possibilities. Current simulations take too long. It isn't without uses. But the human touch is what matters, and there is only a small amount you should want to pass over to the computer to do. Explosions, water, things like that are not usually animatable in a realistic time frame. Simulation helps. Short cuts look like short cuts. Anyone can learn animation if they really want to. Leaning on A.I. will always look that way. It doesn't push a person to better themselves. It's all a bit lazy, and people throw lazy things away. It dilutes. I'm sure people will have fun with it though. I'm not a total bore. :)
