This is true unless you are looking to start the fight in Heroic with a headshot to YELLOW enemies - in which case you need to break 9.89 Million on your inital headshot. If not then you will always need RED or PURPLE enemies to start the fight. (SOLO that is)

OK so you don't need all red core unless you are going for pvp lol I use a full blue core headshot damage build still works use hasburg backpack with vigilance and chest peice with chainkill hasburg peice if you want to farm for different peice use alraldi and the anchor ⚓️ gear peice backpack (the gift) it is unfortunately a dz exclusive and the white death is the better rifle here regardless and for my fellow agents who want a all yellow build headshot damage ignores the yellow core as well 😉

Even in Heroic running solo, named enemy's are 19.8M, you'll have them in multiple game modes and missions even if their only a 2-3 depending on what your doing. So at a minimum you need to clear that threshold if your running around doing all sorts of different types of game modes and want to one shot one kill everything an not loss your talent. Nothing sucks more than losing the talent when shooting a Named enemy surrounded by Elites with no Reds or Purples around to proc the first headshot and continue your chain killing. In a team of 4 players even Elites on Heroic have around 20M as well (16M-3player, 12M-2player). That you'll need to clear, so that margin checks out at 20M, I won't talk about Named on 4 player team cause at that point their sitting around 50M on heroic. To put it in perspective, my Hotshot SR-1 build does between 42-45M Headshot damage, with perfect Headhunter and the ability to miss once and still proc I can take down Named enemy's on Heroic and in a team of 4 players with 2 headshots as long as I don't miss but even so one of the headshots will take down 90% of their health/Armor, my team can finish the remaining 5M as I sit back. Rushers are the annoying ones but that's why the SR-1 with its range, accuracy, reload speed, stability better than the white death is best. I have a backup Shotgun, incase things get dicey with multiple rushers I can one-shot with shotgun as well shooting the head.
