Play the with ban hammer it have consecutive explosions as well it does not disappoint from the last few balance changes it always was buffed except one I think it was a fire rate decrease not sure on how much

You can amp up the DPS of Extracting Ray Pistol with the kinetic module combo which makes it so that each shot(or each time it deals damage) deals critical damage
