I've been watching this video for a week now. I'm about to purchase this car and a BMW for the first time of my life. I have always been infatuated with this car. Even more so when I test drove it the first time. The only thing that has held me back is the high maintenance cost everyone talks about. But after talking to numerous friends who own one, I have learned that once you get one, you will never think of any other car the same.

This guy doesn't make a big deal about the power the 550i produces, but it is absolutely incredible. It is power handed down to you from God. So smooth and refined.....passing ability and then some....and for a car of this size and weight....wow.

the best test drive i've seen

He comes close to explaining why BMW (and other german saloons) are so far ahead of anyone else, because every single detail is taken to perfection, and you dont realize that until you spend some time in one. Its not an immature car that shouts about one thing that it does good to make you forget it cant do anything else properly, its a car that you get to know as you own it. My family owned BMW's for past 20 years, and I cant see myself owning a different car, ever. I'd miss perfection.

My old man is leasing this. He and my mother are retired and its by far the best investment they made. The company takes care them like they were golden. The car is phenomenal to drive, very responsive and reliable. I personally don't like it, cause I prefer trucks. But Its really not just the car you pay for but the service, 24/7 service from BMW.

I found this video while researching the new F10 BMW 535i! I had test driven a 2011 535i and 2012 535i both with the Sport Pkg. I also drove a 2012 535i w/xDrive, but didn't consider getting one because I already have an X5 for snow. I also test drove a 2011 Mercedes E350 (a very nice car), but my heart is with BMW. So, I got the 2012 535i which is my first new BMW. It is also the first car I have ever bought without test driving! Now that it's mine,...the drive home was so sweet!!

I have a confession.. I just bought (err leased) exactly the same car (550i 2011), same color, and same specs because of this clip. And I have one comment: I am in deep love with this magnificent piece of German technology. I owned a 535i 2004 and a 730 IL 2007 before. Driving this 550i, however, has made me discover that there are things in life that are better than, well.. sex! :D Bravo BMW. You have my renewed respect and admiration.

Untouchbl, I have owned nothing but BMW products, when I drive a BMW I don't really care that it has 400 hp, i do however like knowing its there if I ever need or want to use it. BMW is prestige , sex, luxury, the ultimate driving machine period, I enjoy driving my cars and and I appreciated this review because it didn't get all Motörhead and technical, there are many other reviews that demonstrate the power of the engine so instead of knocking this very well done review just hop over to anoth
