I wonder if the long wheelbase will be an obstacle to maneuverability and parking in the city.

3:04 Reverse is not a "gear" as they simply reverse the motors electrically.

Cool to see this in action. I walked past the hotel on C. Corsega a couple of days ago and saw it in the lobby - looked very interesting.

The Future is NOW! Just can't imagine what this scooter would look like with a top box mounted on the back...

Sadly the (original BMW-) topbox will be mounted above the rear seat. But I've seen a picture of a CE 04, equipped as a Police-motorbike, that has the topbox at the right place: BEHIND the bench. Let's hope, this topbox will be available.

Starting at a crazy £11,900 and Still only a 60 mile range, less than the £4995 Seat Mo. Ridiculous BMW

There's (much) more than just the range. If You want range, keep your Mo or take an ICE-scooter/bike.

Additional on the seat you can detach the battery and charge in your apartment or house.

@@Fiatmannen1 Yes. But that is only a feature for people with the plug socket at the ground floor, because the battery is too heavy to take it upstairs daily. The CE 04 with its torque of 62Nm is more a competitor to motorcycles and maxi-scooters (400-750ccm). And for a Yamaha TMax 560 you also have to pay 12.000€£$...

Whatever you do, DON'T test drive this BMW CE 04 or you will end up buying it. I did and I will never regret it.
