I own a 2016 X5 (40D M Sport) with 3rd row seats. Problem is the true rear seats have an issue - one side sits flush when fully reclined whilst the other side (passenger side) has a gap of a couple inches? BMW UK are telling me this is how it is on all X5's with 3rd row seats? How can the seats sit flush on one side and not the other? When I purchased the car I pointed out this issue and said it would need to be resolved, which they stated would be done via warranty and now today (having purchased the car months ago) they say that's how its supposed to be (?). Thoughts?

nothing impressive but the price , just doesn't feel that high tech for the price , volvo , mazda , are better options.

the 3rd row is useless..waste of money.
