That 14yr Turkey in the Discovery #12 is gonna absolutely fire 🔥. And I can still even get the batch #11 from Binny’s for 139. And, IN MY OPINION, Sazerac doing Sazerac things with an over 7 grand, not even 100pf mix of who knows what odd profile, older age barrels that couldn’t be made into Pappy 15, 20, or 23.

Love your all’s, content, and I promise I’m not trying to nitpick, but HH malt whiskey is not SINGLE malt. This malt whiskey has about 1/3 corn in the mashbill, which is likely why it is appealing to you as a bourbon drinker, Zach. That Exceptional Series malt (HH) is definitely some special stuff! A really nice review. Zak, have you tried Spirit of Texas Pfluger Single Malt? It is as good as Westward ASM or Virginia Distilling Courage & Conviction Cuvee Cask ASM. Both are exceptional.
