i have the same ecto-goggles. a coat of flat clear and a few washes of brown shoe polish and the addition of some easily printable stickers and these budget goggles become Movie quality!

i got mine at target for around 30 dollars tottal. the goggles were about 10 bucks and the trap was 20. and i already mounted my trap to my proton pack and my slimer plush is wareing my goggles.

Got my goggles at target for $10. Love them for the price. Love that you can get affordable props.

The goggles are fine I just don’t get the point of a non-opening ghost trap

The point of a non-opening ghost trap is that it's lightweight enough to live on my belt. Then I can carry around the deluxe one for the show.

@@billsmith4932 I’m with you. I modified a Walmart Rubies trap with the Spongeface cosmetics kit and now it’s beautiful but too heavy to carry on the pistol belt.

You could also glue the ghost trap to a flat-bottomed R/C car as they showed in Trailer #2.

I think the trap is $11 at some places. Really not bad for a belt hanger. Probably has the best red rods I've seen from a cheap trap

Good to know! Being in Canada, I really haven't seen these on store shelves, so have just been going by the pricing I've seen online.

I hope Hasbro releases something along the lines of a ghost trap. I’m getting kind of sick of these cheap traps, proton packs and PKEs etc. Hopefully they’ll release some decent replicas if the movie does well.

I bought both of these as they are the only ones available in the UK and to be honest they are very cheap and not very realistic. On the plus side it's prompted me to start modding them into something worthy of hanging off my belt. Just need a cheap PKE meter and then I'm set.

I bought the trap just for to wear on my belt. It doesn't look like much but it will do the job. Tempted to get the Goggles. Can they be worn over glasses?
