New C4 DS4 Car Bey Battery Change

Hello, this video will show you how to change the car key battery on the newer style C4 DS4 Flip Key.
The key battery is a CR2032 and you can buy a high quality key battery by clicking on our Amazon Link amzn.to/2LF0HOB
You may find that the smaller of the two tabs breaks when you try to open this key. Don't worry, it's just a basic problem with this key. The tab is not strong enough. The larger tab will hold the cover fine.

Thank you my man....My C4 Airdream battery died today so I picked up the spare which has been hanging on a hook for 18 months, only to find out it too had died. Your video enabled me to change both batteries (I bought Energizer). Superb, thanks again for the help on this.

My Volvo s40 key the emergency key blade sometimes come out on is own how to fix it can you please show me and when I pull the key out of my pocket and ignition the blade falls out ..

Hi Christopher, it sounds like the locking pin isn't holding it in. I have replaced the case on one of these yet sorry. I suspect a new case would fix it

I did it exactly as you did. Now my key isnt working anymore. I cant resync it with my car (c4 2011). When I tried to resync it I followed the instructions in the manual but it did not work. Now I have a dead key and no idea how to fix it. Do you or anyone else have an idea what might be wrong or how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

@@TheCarKeyMan Sry that I did not mention that but yes I did and nothing changed. We also tested the new battery and there is tension so its not broken.
