Rent control mixed with section 8 = high crime . And in a state where crime is rarely punished that means property values go down, quality of life suffers. DO NOT VOTE IN FAVOR OF RENT CONTROL . Renters already have tons of legal advantages over landlords.

So, if landlords serve a 3 days notice to pay or 30 days to quit notice on section 8 tenants, does that mean that landlords will lose an extra month of collecting rent in addition to the months lost while evicting the tenants?
