Pakistan should use indian engines (Diesel locomotive) for their trains at very economical price such that they run their trains properly which also help them to boost their economy. I pray we keep our differences aside and let's shakes our hand for a better future. Jai shree Ram....🙏😊

Many days back I heard news that Pakistan Railways is planned to be modernized , in which it will also close down some many stations , my concern is that if they are going to close small stations , they should in no way cut down old trees , mostly Barr بڑھ are on the platforms, which are very very old maybe 100’s of years , and beautify the the stations . So some how all the bloggers should tell Railway’s that they should avoid cutting those trees , unless very necessary !

Will they be placed in the Mughalpura yard? Speaking of Mughalpura, I have heard of someone who used to live in Lakhnau before partition. There (or here rather, as I write from Lakhnau) he worked in Alambagh workshop and interestingly enough, he found work in the Moghalpura workshop on the other side of die Grenze. The said person would have also worked the electric traction, when Lahore_Khanewal section would have been energised. If still alive, the person would be around 100 year old now.

Salam. Dea sufi bhai. luggage van or brake van main difference kis cheez ka? Brake van bhi same luggage van ki tarah hi hain bas brake van main kuch windows nazar arhi thi jesy economy class main hoti hain.

Do you have diesel generator carriages or batteries on the underbelly in these new coaches ? And yes .... windows could have been bigger. Except the paint and may be the interior, it doesn't look smart. Check Vistadome coaches in India.
