Hi Amy - you always get a thumbs up for me just for being you. But as for Christmas oh my. Not ready to even think about it. Had some heart testing done today and tomorrow I have a nuclear stress test. We’ve got tons of rain here in Texas that was so needed we haven’t had rain in months but this was really torrential. It’s supposed to turn a little bit cool this weekend so that will be wonderful. Love in Christ my sweet friend.

Thank you for the tour! I do a different color scheme and theme in every room. Living, kitchen and dining area are all traditional reds and greens. Master bedroom, I do neutrals, black, creams, whites. Each of my bathrooms is a different theme and my guestroom and office are very feminine. Did I mention I have trees in every room of my house? This was so interesting - I feel that we now all have an idea of the price points we'll be seeing this year. Walmart are clearly competing with Target here, and I do think their decor has improved to follow some of the latest interior trends. But obviously as so many have said, the prices have increased too. Will be interesting to see when they launch their first Christmas sale! Amy, I think WalMart has totally forgotten its customer base with these outrageous prices. Wow! People need to have shopping days at various thrift stores to find great prices and items to repurpose. Also, groups could hold parties to trade/swap items that they no longer wish to use.

Walmart prices have gone up for all products, including food. Their Great Value products are priced higher than top name brands. I rarely shop there now.

I think the garland you bought could be used for fall too. Since they are finials, and more architectural, I think they would be pretty on a mantle for fall. Hi Amy! Thank you for the shopping tour. I don't know why ,since Christmas was out for quite some time at Hobby Lobby, to see Walmart in full out Christmas. I never shop at Walmart. No reason, but I’m impressed with some of their decor items. I loved the little white houses with the soft gold roofs. Last year at the end of the Christmas season, I decided to get a few small houses for one of the small shelves in the built in corner cabinet in my family room. They were very difficult to find after Christmas. Found some at Target. I put small trees of different shapes and heights in between them. I loved the look so much for the winter, that Im going to do it for Christmas and winter from now on. Thanks, Amy for always showing us whats out there, from the comfort of sitting with our morning coffee and enjoying the tours. Loved your haul. You always pick up beautiful, unique items. I bought a lot of the rustic Christmas. I bought two sets of the brown deer. I picked up the dark and light wood looking candles. I picked up two sets of the carved looking deer with the Noel scarf. I am going to remove the red scarfs and keep them up year round. I live in a three-story log cabin. I got the little tan Birds. I bought the larger antlers where you can put a tea light on. I bought several of the wood trees. I bought the Wooden candlesticks. And our Walmart, had two more styles of wooden candlesticks. This time of year is when I usually buy things that will go in my home. I picked up several of the Christian decor. But I do see these in your video. At our Walmart, they are in a totally different section. But the best part of your videos are your Bible verses. I really look forward to them at the end of your video. God bless you.

I didn’t want to live in a big house like this. But I lost my nephew, my brothers son. Then I lost my brother less than three months later between my sister-in-law and myself we had to take custody of my nephews three children. So this is where they wanted to be. Just remember us in prayer please.

You are very lucky to live near a nice Walmart. We have two stores in my town of Mooresville, NC. I was there yesterday, and they have none of these items. The stores are disorganized, dirty and sell only cheap junk. Plus, they offer zero customer service. I don’t know when, if ever, I will go back.

Good Morning Amy and Happy Sunday!! This weekend in Canada it is our Thanksgiving and I thought 'oh no, I don't think I am ready for Christmas shopping yet". Well I was wrong!! 😲 I loved this tour!! Firstly you always do amazing tours. You are so thorough and detailed and I appreciate how you also describe the items as to if they are glass or wood or plastic. Second, I was so impressed with what Walmart had. Oh my!! Such lovely decor and different from Target or Hobby Lobby. There is truly something for everyone. I think I am leaning more towards the more natural looking pieces, like yourself, I really think the browns and the softer tones are so pretty. You picked up some adorable items. I guess I better hurry and plan a trip to Walmart!! 😀 Thank you so much Amy and have a wonderful day!! 🤗

Wow Amy, I think Walmart has really stepped up their decor, I saw many pieces that o would like to get including the finalis, it would be great for fall also I loved the way you put them in a bowl. On your fall home tour, I loved that beautiful song (come to the water) I been trying to look it up and could not find the same one, do you happen to know the name and artist I would love to put it on my playlist. I love your shop with me videos, you don’t rush through them and you give such great detail on where you can use them, thank you for all you do, I really enjoy your videos!!!❤️

Nothing like that here at the Walmarts in my area in California. I think we are last on the list to get Christmas items. They have several items but no My Texas House at all.

Hola hermosa deveras que en cualquier tienda que vallas están los precios muy altos y que buena idea de intercambiar decoraciones con persona o amigos que estén dispuestos a ser donaciones así intercambiando yo este año no he podido comprar nada y boy a utilizar lo mismo de año pasado bueno pues gracias y de nuevo saludos 😂😂😊😊

Amy, I think walmart has really stepped up their game in the past few years with Christmas decor. Ive been buying pieces and ornaments from the my Texas home collection a little each week. If you dont get it early it will get gone. 😊
