Well that is added reason to revisit Manila soon. I have not been to BGC for ages. But I worked in one of the international schools in that realm and I saw the area when it was all grasslands. I only know market market and the high street.

Sorry but this is bullshit. You maybe can say "cleanest city part" because outside of BGC and maybe Makati, things are different :D I think the prize would go to Iloilo City maybe, and also some other places before Manila (as a whole)

Ang liit lang ng iloilo mo lalo na yung magandang part dyan. Ang liit din ng business district hahha wag mo e compare sa Manila yan. Lahat ng negosyo dyan galing dito. Katulad ng Robinsons at Megaworld sama mo na rin SM.
