There is a 40 min cooldown. A few things to consider: 1. On missions where Vincent gives you options, just choose 1. 2. Vincent will tell you that he'll sell any extra gear and vehicles and give you the payout. This is FALSE. You will not gain extra $ for overachieving, so just pick one and end the mission. 3. On the sabotage mission, if you manage to complete it without being spotted, you will not start the raid in a firefight. This allows for stealth kills. 4. You get the same $500k payout every time you complete the raid. 5. Being spotted and raising alarms WILL NOT affect your payout.

If you want to do it stealthy you would need to take out all of them in that warehouse

go on the train tracks a lot safer and won't die as often though ya the enemies will spawn on the train track, it will take you straight to paleto bay. By witnesses, you have to take them out ALL OF THEM out.

I am not 100% sure but the blue cone dudes working on the trucks don't need to be killed to stealth sabotage the trucks at least the 2 times i have done it so far it has not been a problem though i have not finished the mission yet keep getting smoked in the back at the lockers stage.

Buy an oppressor but the only way you buy it is by completing the fleeca heist until you have enough

There's a glitch in mission 1. On the first mission, I picked up the cash at money laundering A but lost the B location on my GPS. I had to come here, look up where B was located in the video and go find it like I was a stream sniper. If you do this one, mark B w/ your GPS pin before you go into A, just in case.
