NTACM is like DF-17 (Locked Missile of CN Type 100) that the missile don't hit, but rather explode and spread attacks.

NTACM is more suitable for submarines because it can surprise attack the AC's because it has shrapnel so the missile can do it's full dmg

@@toady254 look closer, one of those missiles got destroyed by something before it reach the ship. That distance is too far for any kind of AA system
