I make this delicious, filling, easy and healthy coleslaw once a week! It's great for lunch or as a side dish with meat for dinner. Antioxidants help protect cells from free radical damage and reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease and cancer. Avocado contains fiber and healthy fats that regulate blood sugar levels and provide stable energy. This salad will help you lose weight without torturing yourself with diets!
Recipe:
White cabbage
Chinese cabbage
Cucumbers
avocado
paprika
Olives or olives
Dill, onion, parsley
Corn
Eggs
For the dressing:
Sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic pressed through the press
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, pour cold water over them and let them cool.
Finely chop the white cabbage and put it in a bowl.
Cut the Chinese cabbage and add it to the bowl.
Finely chop the cucumbers and add them to the salad.
De-seed the avocado, cut into cubes and add to the salad.
Cut the peppers into cubes and add to the salad.
Slice the olives and add to the salad.
Finely chop the dill, onion and parsley and add to the salad.
Drain the liquid from the can with the corn and add it to the salad.
Peel the eggs, cut them into cubes and add them to the salad.
For the dressing, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic pressed through the press.
Dress the salad with it and mix well, place on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Toast bread for the salad!
Rub the bread with garlic and sprinkle with salt.
