It is not suction evident from the video. Blower outlet is going in the pile of onions thus blowing air in the onion pile

What will make the difference? The outside atmosphere and the atmosphere inside the storage will come to a similar temperature if the blower has been the real setup. A simple horizontal rack(products are spread all over) placed parallel to each other would have done the same job. Just a question.

its not a dehydration process they were just storing them and getting rid of water bubbles accumulated in a period of time. Price may not increase drastically and wastage is minimised.

@@shashikanth_tadoori idea since have small quantity hence we have hang them on bamboo poles at house if u have large quality than either can hang them on bamboo poles in multi layer or beds with fans for air circulation (for moisture can be maintained using fogger) room thermometer & humidity meter u can place in the room to check temperature and humidity. if the site is remote than online temperature and himidty meter can be installed

Actually that's the job of the farmer. Who is always looking for a way to sell his produce at inflated prices but when demand is low and he gets lower prices they act by wasting the produce.
