whats the realistic expectation one should have if they want to get a new construction home in Katy, TX or surrounding areas in this current market? Is it low inventory to where i'd have to wait more than a year from start to finish?

Right now I would say 6-8 months because of low inventory that’s including waiting for a lot to open up

Me and my wife are interested in a build that they’re projecting won’t be built for another 6 months is it too early to get preapproved for a loan?

no its not too early. because you will need to be under contract with that home so that you can lock it in. otherwise someone else will get it. call me when you have a chance 281-781-9537

What if you’ve already purchased land and you’re trying to build? Basically it’s not in a community where the builder is starting construction. Do you know those steps?
