@bill855Texas is massive and in the middle of nowhere. Florida is reasonable outside of Miami which is penned in by the gator swamp they aren’t allowed to build on (the Everglades). Otherwise Florida would be reasonable. Middle Florida is reasonable

Yes in Leander that’s $500,000 sadly for that little house built in one of the box divisions every 4th or 5th house is the same with 10-12 feet between the homes.

For those of you complaint about taxes, Texas has 0 income tax… taxes are 1.9% which on this home would be around $6,500 a year putting it at the same as any mayor state city in the Us but the lack of income tax tends to water it down when accounting for living expenses on a yearly basis.

What sucks about all these new houses they are building is that you literally get the smallest backyard ever and your neighbors are 3 feet away from you and can literally see over your fence, so privacy is a minimum

If I have 350 k to spend on a house I'm taking 150k and buy land with noone around the build with rest. Id rather not having neighbors if I'm spending that much

Only one bathtub ? I would need a bathtub in the mastor. Also i think the house is overpriced. I wouldn't pay over $260K for it. Hopefully the market changes soon.

We understand. There was a lot of surveys done and statistically home buyers did not use their tubs in the master bathroom. So a lot of spec builders have taken the tubs out for more space. Thanks for watching! Be sure to subscribe for more Tx content

I wish he would stop saying Dallas texas these home are far from the metroplex and on a Sunday morning yes you could get anywhere in thirty minutes or less. But with traffic 2 hours. Great if you work remote or actually close to where this house is. In Dallas that’s that’s probably 700,000

We say Dallas TX because most of our buyers are not from here so when they search for homes they are not searching in these cities specifically. Look up SEO

@@culturalobserver8721 be careful when moving here. These houses at this price are not surrounded by the best people. They build these new houses next to run down, trash, drug infested neighborhoods. I have live in Dallas/Fort Worth for over 25 years. Go north like prosper area or out east like Wylie and farther. Get out of the trap. We carry here and I don’t live in a horrible neighborhood but just waiting on the market to crash to get into something extremely nice in great neighborhoods. Keep in mind moving to Dallas forth Worth go north or east of Dallas. But your gonna be paying 500k to not live next to some one doing some dumb stuff.
