I moved into this home in May of last year and I LOVE IT!!! the island is huge you can put 6 stools easily. I chose my cabinets white. The only thing I can say negative is the paint! They use flat paint in the interior so any little dirt mark you try to wipe off will wipe right off no matter how gentle you are.

Thanks for watching & commenting. In Haines City, recent home asking price was in the $360K's (prices are subject to change). No CDD, HOA $250 per quarter. In Davenport, Yes CDD. HOA $150 per year.
