I'm quiet because I'm speechless. Beautiful and Elegant. Love the white doors with a touch of black. Love the entry way and the openness of the living and kitchen area. Backyard to die for. Everything is absolutely gorgeous.

Thank you for watching Marco. The homes are not sold furnished. But let me try to give you an approximation. The base price of the home is $936,995 And this is just a cost to build a structure, there might be about $150k in upgrades in the house and it will cost a least $80k to build that pool. You would pay about $1,167,000. They build a home custom for you so the finishes you select might be priced lower, in turn it could be less.
