I would prefer a flat roof of concrete also. Totally concrete home is awesome.

We shall presume hurricane impact windows to eliminate the need for shutters. If these home are built OUT of a flood zone, good deal. Concrete is the way to go. Concrete block which has been standard in Florida is good, but the panel system is better.

Attempted to see these with an appointment office was supposed to open at 10am we waited until 1030 and no one showed up. So we ended up going to our next appointment elsewhere and making a cash offer. They lost my business. They have zero professionalism.
