never been to Deerfield beach but I am looking for an urban dense community feel not a bedroom-like community. where you can work and play walk and bike and do errands all within 4 blocks of where you live. is deerfield beach like this?

What dah heck....NO PRICE? Does any of the bathrooms have a window? Does the yard area have privacy from neighbors LOOKING DOWN at you when you are way out into the yard? Was that a balcony in the master bedroom or just the window?

The price pop up a few times during the video Frank, sorry you missed it. $399,995. Your immediate neighbors on the sides will be able to see you when they look down from their balcony, so please wear clothes when you are in your backyard.

Townhouse you really don't own them. Townhouse have homeowner association's. You late on the hoa payments then can take your home. Buy home without no home association fees.

@@mstoliver1940 if you are late with property tax the county can take and auction your home. you dont really own anything in the U.S
