I liked the old better

Old one had a timeless elegance.

Pre facelift was the perfect design. Just a staple of a car. Still looks good now, but was better before.

Old one was so elegant and very "BENTLEY" with those lights. New one isn't ugly, but it's lost a bit of the classiness.

Aww man, The headlights DEFINITELY looked better before. That's like half the aesthetic identity of the Bentley.

The two oval headlights are way too iconic to change for me, on the other hand, I prefer the boxy tail lights other than the weird oval, the first gen will always be my favorite

The Batur lights being used from here on is so good

I’m not a fan of this facelift , it’s a bit like putting a cartoony face to the Venus De Milo. On the other hand, Bentley has missed the opportunity to make the Continental more nimble overall, those new mousy front and back accentuate the heaviness of the car body overall.

New one looks nice but like VAG sibling Porsche they really didn't need to change the headlights so drastically and make it less traditional. I always thought they'd go with headlights like the EXP 10 Speed 6 Concept which no production car seemed to use.

Unpopular opinion: those oval/circular headlights were not well executed on the most recent outgoing model. So for me, glad to see them go. But with my shallow pockets, I'm not the target audience

I liked the seperated headlights more honestly the "eyeliner" style is nice but it's not what made Bently known as Bently by design I also don't like the tail lights looks like something out of Audi or Passat CC no longer unique like the older Bently was

The rear end of these newer models never really sat well with me. Till date, the most beautiful continental gt is the 2016 facelift in speed trim with the directional 21 inch wheels to me.

before vs after are tbh still gorgeous, cant go wrong with either but rip the W12. i do love those insane strong lines that make it look more muscular but tbh more and more thin light strips take it a step towards the look every other modern car has with just light bars for everything. its far from that ofc but its heading that way it seems

The facelift is not unattractive, but it just looks more generic, far less distinctive and less 'Bentley' compared with the quad-lamp pre-facelift design.

I do think they look the same expect the headlights :D The new one has worse headlight design. But one have the sporty exterior and the other the elegant exterior. Also its a bit harder to tell what car it is with the new generic headlights. It kind of looks like a polestar from a distance and a quick glance. The dual headlights design told you directly what it was.

I still think the second one was the better looking one. Liked the front of the 3rd and the interior. Also bentlet without a w12 just doesn't sound right

Not a fan of the execution of the way most companies are doing this pinched bodywork. I get that it's like a new tool that designers have never had before that they can now play with. Think a big bulging rear haunches or fender flares is still one of the top exterior features. Would take that any day over shadow and a pinched in smaller character line. No matter what way they do ,it takes away from the width

overall its a good upgrade but i dont like how every car brand has more aggressive design language. bentley was pure class, but now it looks angrier. mercedes s class got angrier too. i mean they look amazing but not every car has to be more sporty and aggressive.

Every time since 2003 that a new Continental GT is shown I think it's the purttiest coupe in the world. It's been a slow and subtle evolution, and that's the way I like it, but does the pattern continue with this new Conty? Hmm, well I don't think it's much better, in blackout trim, so I must reserve final judgement until I see the full chrome Mulliner Edition, but it's definitely not ruined, which is good as the overall design of this generation is perfect.

The old one was an 8, this is a 9.5. It's one of the few new cars that looks better than the older version

I wish they would do something different with the interior. The rotating display is cool but there are way too many buttons. Keep the physical buttons for climate control and radio and integrate the rest into the infotainment system
