It is what it is. a mutating virus that sooner or later everyone will get some with protection will live through it and some won't it affects each person differently. On a 5 day isolation from work until i can test negative and are symptom free

It’s crazy how many people don’t want to admit all the wrongdoing!!! And on top of that, most of the senior communities are staying with strict lockdowns, testing and making residents isolate in their apartments. It’s awful, people seem to choose fear over reasonable freedom and necessary risk for quality of existence.

Why isn't there any mainstream dialogue about using an antiviral nasal spray? I've gotten into the habit of using my homemade erythritol/xylitol nasal spray multiple times per day IN ADDITION TO other precautions. Nasal spray has a chance of stopping viruses in the nose from attaching to cells. I think of it as an invisible backup face mask.

Why isn't there any mainstream dialogue about Vitamin D, selenium, Vitamin B12, and other nutrients essential for proper immune system function? Why isn't there any mainstream dialogue about the role of the Standard American Diet in the pandemic? I need all the immune system support and anti-inflammatory support I can get.
