Thank you!! You have no idea how excited I am to have that space dedicated to videos. I love making videos so much and to have my own room makes me excited. Unfortunately right now thats's the room with all the unpacked boxes so I will have to wait a little longer. Where does your sister live in TN?

Thank you!!! Yea the grade didn't work out the way it was supposed to so we ended up with an almost 7 foot crawlspace on one end of the house making it appear that way. Thanks for watching!

Um let me guess your favourite colour ………….. Grey! Lol. The outside area with the pool is going to be epic, this would be my dream outdoor living space. I like the layout of your home you have given it a lot of thought. The main bathroom shower is impressive. Thanks so much! I did not realize just how many decisions you have to make. Like simple things I never thought of before. One thing I wish I had mentioned in the video and forgot until after I published it was the fact that when it was at the stud stage we had everyone come in and write scriptures on the studs. Our contractor even wrote scriptures on the concrete foundation.

Hi Amanda, I love your house, it’s beautiful. I love the light in the dining room, really unusual. The gray that you used throughout the house is really pretty. 🌷🌷

Thank you! The light in the dining room shows a rainbow on the walls every morning when the sun shines in. I love it. My youngest is always saying " look mom we have rainbows in the house, can you believe it?" it's so funny how the smallest things cause you the most stress. The wall color was so hard to pick. there is like over 100 shades of gray to choose.

Thank you so much. Unfortunately we have not be able to install our pool or finish the rest of the outdoor kitchen. There is a huge wait list for these services right now or people who are available to do the work are not very reputable if you know what I mean. We are still waiting to complete this part. Wow, Amanda, what an amazing house! Did you say how many square feet it is? I love your fireplace too and the gray tones you picked out all throughout. How far are you from your closest neighbor? Thank you so much for the tour…. I hope the rest of construction goes quickly. 😊

Thanks! I did not mention the square footage bc I didn't want to come off as bragging because that's not who I am. (Please don't take that the wrong way). I teach my kids to be humble, not take things for granted and never brag to their friends about what they have. The fireplace is one of the most exciting things for me. I wish it was all the way finished so I could have shown the LED lighting changes it has. I'm sure my 6 and 9 year old will think it's cool 🤣. We don't have any close neighbors at all. My kids are excited they will be able to go outside and scream and no one say anything to them. Haha. Thanks so much for taking the time to watch the tour.

That's a great idea. I mainly wanted the upper area to store all the garden items I can. I may look into that and see how I can make it work in that space. Thanks.

@@AmandaPerkins815 A rail ladder will work more efficient that hauling a ladder every time you want to get up high and that is high. I love the pantry its beautiful and I would have done the same thing as I do lots of canning and unwasted space is necessary.

You had this house built, so why are your heating vents in the floor??? Not practical. Great pantry however!!

Well I initially wanted them in the ceiling so I didn't have to worry about furniture or things being in the way. Talking with 2 heat and air companies they both say that having the vents in the floor is the most practical and cost efficient way to heat and cool your house. Thanks for watching!
