New DCI boss, Amin Mohammed takes oath of office

Amin Mohammed Ibrahim Wednesday officially assumed office as the director of the directorate of criminal investigations DCI.
The top detective promised to inculcate professionalism in the directorate and embrace an open door policy where Kenyans will be free to access him directly through his mobile phone number.
This even as Acting Inspector General of Police Noor Gabow effected changes in the top brass of the DCI.
