Sirf ICICI ka nai Kai sari bank k credit and debit card par bhi ye offer hoti hai jisme 2 rs. Me aap lounge access kar sakte ho vo bhi unlimited meal ke sath

ICICI card hai to entry ke alawa meals aur baki sari facilities free (Rs. 2) me mil jayegi kya. mere pas ICICI ka lounge access wala card hai

There are offers on selected Icici debit and credit cards. The offer is that the food gets almost free, rest charges remain same as shown at the end of video. NOTE: Some days are No offer day as well.

No you can't. Since at reception, you need to provide your pnr number (either to and fro journey pnr).
