Just got off the A321neo and while the seat was comfortable.. my biggest issue was how cramped you felt if the seat in front of you reclined. The tv screen was basically in your lap unless you reclined as well. Even opening/stowing your tray table was a struggle because the screen would be in the way.

I agree this is for sure an issue in economy, however I felt as though in first/business class it was bearable as the seat in front (even when reclined) still allowed me to have space for working on my laptop using the tray table.
