2things in my view are not looking good here.why it seam the builders/architect builds the rooms with the bed head covering the windows? And in all honesty the rooms are too small.full time we move away from these kind od thing!

What a huge disappointment. I swore that it would have looked better than Port Ridge/Caribbean Estate 2. Boy was I wrong..bedrooms and living room are too small, kitchen isn't all that great..the plus for this property is that you get a decent washroom, a broom closet and a good size front yard. But thank God I decided to use my $25m to build something much better.

The layout is not practical. Inadequate use of space and the Master bedroom at the back is too small. Can't even fit a King bed. The stove in the corner is a no for me. Should've put it along the back wall and add more counter space where its currently placed.
