The term "cologne" may also refer to the accord, regardless of the perfume oil concentration

Loved this interview with Clayton Dacob, so interesting and engaging. It will be most interesting when F.K takes the perfumer position at Dior!! Also, I am not a fan of Baccarat Rouge 540 at all- I don't understand the Hype... I also recently was given a sample at the Dior boutique of the new "Rose Essence", apparently the last fragrance composed at Dior by F.D, and I was a bit underwhelmed, its watery and fleeting ( though pretty smelling), nothing on Chanel Paris Paris!! :-D Xxoo

With the fish-eye lens effect this was giving early 2000's energy just like the OG cologne. . great interview . . thanks chaps 🎩👑💓

I've just sampled this today (the new version). Was quite pleasantly surprised. It had a heliotrope-ish facet off my skin. I do like it.

Nice interview Dacob. Keep them coming if you can. Would you please make one for Eau Noir? I am thinking of blind buying it. Also, do you think Cologne Blanche is similar to Petit Matin by MFK? I like the citrus notes but I am not a big fan of soapy notes. Cheers mate.

Just compared the new Eau noire with Demachy’s take on it, and I’m sad to say that I don’t really like the FK reformulation, it’s lacking all the spicyness, it’s so delicate, it lacks the sharp aspect of the old one :(

They are tricky to find in a fresh state. Bois d’Argent tends to go stale pretty soon

OG means original, as in the first formulation of the fragrance when the perfume was first released. Since it was originally released, the perfume maker has modified the composition of the fragrance and so we are comparing the new one with the OG formula, meaning with the original formula of the perfume.

I love Sesame Street. Always have! Except for Elmo. They can keep Elmo. But this swearer is actually designed by one of my favorite designers: Castelbajac. He is a pioneer. He designed it for Benetton. Xoxo
