It is so wonderful to hear that you will donate books to the children’s hospital. I have worked as a director of children’s programs for a children’s hospital (10 years) and for a rural hospital (10 years). Emergent literacy for young children is one of my programs for patient pediatrics and in patient pediatrics. So, the help of our community members is vital in providing services for our kids. You can take the books to the hospital foundation and ask that they distribute them to Child Life or Social work. Thank you for just being you! I love watching your hauls! It helps me decide if going to DT is something I need to do each week. If you show something I really need then I go! If not, I don’t. As a healthcare worker I don’t want to be in stores more than I need to right now. Thank you for all that you do!

I completly know about spending time in a childrens hospital with your babies. I gave birth to my first born baby boy last month, we both almost died, after he was born I got to see him for 2 mintues to be exact before they had to air lift him to the another hospital about 3 hours away from me, he was born not breathing on his own with a hole in his lung, he's now a month old and doing as good as ever. But ever since I've been watching your videos I have started shopping at the Dollar Tree more often and actually started buying stuff to donate to the NICU floor of the hospital not just for babies but also for mothers.

That book on insects is so cool! The little instruments that come with it is such a great idea to encourage someone to start researching insects, and maybe begin a persons career in life! You never know, something like this can be a huge factor in a kids life and their future!

The kid’s books will be welcomed. I have a special needs child and we spent a lot of time in the children’s hospital in Mobile we would donate school stuff and books and movies to the hospital. The looks on the kid’s face, priceless.

You can always try donating to St.Judes Children's Hospital as well too...Just, a thought.....Great haul impressive as always Tiffany!! I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your first born son..You so can relate to the parents and children in that type of stressful& heartbreaking situation...May your first born Angel RIP for all eternity!! Yeah the Children's Hospital in Cincinnati was good to me and my daughter Tarra when she was there fighting 2 rare forms of Leukemia and she passed away there also. Some of the people from the hospital came to her service.

Girl we got that "Inner Ramblings" & the "Everything Alice" book too. Their both so cool! The pages in both books are absolutely AMAZING. In the Everything Alice book it does have all sorts of wonderful things to make. And did you notice that they even show you how to make the cookie cutters for these beautiful different shape cookies? I'm a sewer, crocheter, crafter of many things so I can absolutely make ever item in this book. I'M SO EXCITED!!! But did you also know they have a "Everything Oz" book too? We got that one as well & it's pretty much the same concept as the Everything Alice book except of course it's all about Oz. Girl run & get it!
