In all honestly, I wanna see if OG Dragon Ball can make it in the game. We can't have a perfect DB story without it. OG Kid Goku, Launch, OG Yamcha, OG Tien, Pilaf Gang, Android 8, Demon King Piccolo, MaJunior (Piccolo Jr.), Teen Goku (OG), Kami, Shen (Kami in disguise), General Blue, etc.

You forgot about Frieza (Z) which would probably be 5 character slots. I also really think Cabba will be in the game. My personal preference is that we get OG Dragon Ball in the game over GT but I'm not sure we'll get much of either outside of DLC.

I personally think all characters are going to be on the newer end because it’s 20+ dlc characters if they add from the movies and GT who would write get. The BT series has a record of adding irrelevant or side non important characters from my understanding so I think we are going to get a lot of super characters they might even create move sets for all the gods potentially since champs and vados are already in xenoverse they could do that again
