Those spears might just be other kinds of duospears that are included in the game. Sure, it kinda doesn't make sense that a duospear only has one bladed side, but we're talking about a fantasy game, they don't really follow any rules when it comes to logic or realism.@@h1ghken

never in hell will that happen..spears are not a weapon any thief would ever wield, its a war weapon, , wielded by heavy armored people to fight with it at front lines, this is also why the Red/Blue combo with fighter is the MS with using the dual blade staff that looks essentially like a double pointed spear/javelin basically, which is just a short spear for throwing. If ANYTHING gets in this game some form of long spear, then its a hybrid from the Archer, which is depicted as the long range class in the game, or in essence, the base clas, thats simply focused on ranged weapon combat, which is essentially fightign with spears, because the whole intent of a spear is it, to be thrown at enemies (normally), because if not used for throwing, it is essentially just a polearm like a lance, if its not throwable. This also why the Mystic Spearhand would have suited better to be named basically Spirit Lancer, because thats in the end how it looks n plays like in the game, just like a massively improved Spirit Lancer from DDO, unless this class has some kind of skilsl that enable it to throw your weapon at your enemies, then it would be effectively for real a "spear" that is being used by that class.

@@AlehorTheShadow yeah we're supposed to climb monsters or get tossed with spring board or maybe even levitate but to get on top of a monster from the ground effortlessly, that looks OP. I've always felt that thief/strider is the superior on this mechanic but i guess not anymore. MS is not even partly yellow. The other skills look already good, it's a hybrid afterall with high dps, combined with magic maybe both dmg and utility but with teleport or if not an actual teleport but looks like one because it's almost instant, i dont know.. i will play it for sure but im just saying..

I feel like it will do rlly low damage or smthn in order to balance it out cuz this has really fast combos, teleportation, telekinesis, and stun attacks, while warrior will just have a lot of damage, even more than the first game.

It doesn’t outclass warrior in terms of heavy hitting strength power fantasy though, warrior is looking sick. 😍

@@voltaicburst4279Looks good, can absolutely do nothing. All the gameplay showcases was it jsut running around trying to avoid everything and taking pot shit hits at enemies. Even in the trailer, it gets a taunt aaaaaand all it can do is run the hell away from the monster, because it doesnt have any evasion moves.

yes. It's in the rating details. Partial nudity is removed, and you now choose masculine and feminine over simply male and female. Its a subtle change to appeal to gender delusion.

Well dogmas origin is in console so who's to say how many console players there are who have wishlisted or pre ordered. I don't think steam is the best indicator of this games success.

I want a necromancer class with a scythe or something like that... that would be awesome and make use of necromancy which sorta existed in DD1 as part of sorc or a warlock with some sorta tome/spellbook... i want a more dark magic focused class.

I feel like they could do a lot of cool stuff to make it a unique spear class where it’s not just poking, seeing as they’ve made all the other vocations really cool and varied. If they can make trickster they can make an awesome one bladed spear weapon, easy.

@@godly_potatoe69xd19 trickster uses a very distinct unusual weapon that I've personally never seen before. It's literally the precise opposite of Sir Pokes a lot.

Dragon’s dogma has always been a bit more grounded in terms of fantasy combat. Kind of confused by the two decades thing? We’ve never seen a spear in Dragon’s Dogma and I’d be really interested to see the shit they could do with the weapon. Spearhand looks cool, but I feel like too much anime shit would ruin the core appeal of the game, which is that it’s *the* definitive traditional Medieval Fantasy ARPG with classic fantasy aesthetics. Plus how is asking for a spear vocation entitled when you’re sitting here asking for more anime shit that would probably be more work and not even fit the vibe of the game? The spear is *the* most common battlefield weapon ever invented, and it has myriad different instances throughout history to draw inspiration from. If you think spears are lame that’s fine, but it would be a super obvious, reasonable, and fitting addition to the game.
