As a student, I can't really afford what most beauty gurus recommend, so it's amazing that you try it out. It means so much, and it's amazing how grounded and humble you are - you do an amazing job and I really appreciate it. You should try some Scandinavian products (I honestly think you'll love Raunsborg Skincare and Nilens Jord makeup, both of which are from Denmark). Thanks for what you do, you gorgeous human!

Mya Emma Jade really? Have a great trip! I'd suggest Raunsborg face cream, Nilens Jord body lotion or their lipsticks! Other than that Gosh makeup is really good and a drugstore brand, so it's pretty inexpensive- you can find all the things in a shop called Matas. I hope you have a great trip!

Miranda sometimes it's good to see the products in use though, especially when in a lot of countries you can't return products, if money is tight, it's definitely worth doing your research first.

Can you test glossier?!!!? Especially the lip gloss and boy brow but they have some really interesting products like cloud paint etc. I think it’d be such a fun video xxx

Emma A I agree! I was curious about them, but then saw how much it was vs the small amount of product you get (specifically the lipsticks) and I decided it wasn't worth it. The shades are so pretty though

I can see in her tray she has the glossier coconut balm. The balms are fantastic. I just purchased the 3 for $30 because I love them so much. A little bit of it goes a long way. After I’ve applied it to my lips I put what’s left on any dry patches on my face. One tube lasted me about 4 months. It’s worth it.

Hi Tati! I actually teach music for a living. The guitar books I always use are the Hal Leonard Guitar Method Books for Adults--highly recommend. Another piece of advice: you're going to suck at it for a while, that's just a fact. Be forgiving of yourself and try to just enjoy the experience, don't get too hung up on it not sounding great. You're learning a brand new skill that's very complex! Things will go faster if you get a teacher, but it's certainly not required. Have fun!!!

The west coast carries such different brands and products in the drugstore than the east coast does... Im a makeup fanatic and I've never even seen some of these brands or products in Walmart, cvs, Walgreens, target, or ulta!

I get why everyone wants to know if Tati wants a baby because we love and care about her but can we just stop with the constant asking! Every Q & A this is asked. We don’t know what her situation and pregnancy and family planning is deeply personal issue. Many women face complications and I can’t imagine having to continually answer those questions in such a public way (whether there are issues or not). Remember that we never know someone else’s journey and women face enough pressure in the area without millions of people asking

Thank you so much for this comment! 100% true, it is such a personal thing and yeah, she’s on a public platform, but that doesn’t mean people should pry into the extremely personal parts of her life. First, not everyone wants children. Second, if you do want kids but you have some form of issue with conceiving, the last thing you want are constant questions about that part of your life. (Not unless you have a TTC/infertility vlog). We don’t know if she struggles with any of that, and frankly, it’s NONE of our business.

I think it’s super personal too and people put a lot of pressure on me to ‘get my life together, find a man and have babies’ like it’s the be all and end all buuuuuut having said that, I really do have a very strong feeling that she is pregnant when she answered the question - either way, I think Tati is awesome!

Tip the maybelinne lip , if u let it sit for a couple minutes then kiss the back of ur hand , the stickiness immediately goes away , it gets rid of all the stickines , u just have the get the top layer off & it will be your new fav... promise . It’s just a trick I found with working with them and playing around

Artemis Ameretsu I have found that it does, I actually don’t own a lot of the nude shades only the deeper ones like the reds and the berry colors and I have found that it still works . Hope this tip helps u :) !

You need to buy the special makeup remover for super stay ink, it's in a thick but short black tube

EXACTLY. That totally works. You can use honestly eye makeup remover to get it off or micellar water works too if you're having issues.

Alana Fox I agree. Also another question that people shouldn't ask is when they are having another baby. I can't have anymore kids now and don't want to but I got asked that all the time after I had my daughter 9 years ago and had my tubes tied. I hated that question. 2 kids is plenty for me.

Tati, when you say "that looks blotchy," it feels almost impossible for us as viewers to even see this because of the flawless camera settings. Personally, I would love to see a more "raw" version of you when you're doing these make up tutorials to see how the products actually look on your skin. Just my thoughts! Johnny Ross I'm not tati, but I tried it. I have pretty normal to dry skin. It was decent coverage, set beautifully and wore nice... but it broke me out TERRIBLY. Ok had it on for about 9 hours.

Hi Tati! Everytime I go to CVS, Walgreens or other stores and see makeup I go crazy! I love makeup so much. Honestly it doesn´t matter how much makeup cost as long as It works for me I will buy it. being someone who plays guitar I can say that it is one of the most therapeutic things i’ve ever done. I could sit in my room for hours playing. american pie is one of my favorite songs to play because it is just a few simple chords but the sequence changes with each verse.

Yes, really pretty...the Maybelline color tattoo eye chrome look very similar and I think it's cheaper too.

Tati, that lipstick is BEAUTIFUL on you! I know you like the more nudish types but not many people can get away with wearing darker colors because of skin tone, etc. You ROCKED that color! Thank you for all that you do!

Please please please try the new butter highlighters by physicians formula!!! I just got one today and omg I’m SHOOK. They feel how I would imagine the Kylie wet set would feel (I never got one) and are super pigmented and pretty! As always, love you Tati!!!

I am so so happy about this video! I live for your drugstore videos (even thought I watch them all). I love that you always remind us you can do makeup on a budget!
